Welcome to The Tabernacle!

YOU have the opportunity to officially join the tribes by signing up to be an extra on the set of THE PROMISED LAND!

Season 1 is about to launch and one of the highlights will be filming “The Tabernacle.” We have two days set aside for hundreds of extras to join us in this celebration: Friday, November 1 and Saturday, November 2. We'll also need approximately 75 people to join us for a "Tabernacle Preview Day" on Thursday, October 31.

What You Need to Know

We will be filming in St. George, Utah, so you’ll need to get yourself there—no Zoom links, sorry!

Plan on 12-hour days on set. You can choose both days or one day—but you’ll need to be there the entire time on the day(s) you select.

FAQs
Is this event kid friendly?
  • Yes! However, parents can only bring school-aged children and need to be aware that days will be 12-hours long, outside in the desert.
How mobile do I need to be?
  • Please plan to be on your feet for long periods of time. Locations are all very sandy and rocky, so we do not recommend participation for anyone who is not stable on their feet.

Do I need to be there for both days?
  • No! But we would love to have you both days, if you are able! Please register for both days if you are attending both.

Do I need to bring my own costume?

What else should I bring?
  • We recommend bringing sunscreen, an umbrella, drinks and snacks with you.

Will lunch be provided?
  • Box lunches will be provided.
